An investment client had properties on a new subdivision within the existing old area of South perth. Prime views over parkland and the river to the city meant the best outlook was from the rear of the home. This was one of the single storey homes designed & built there.
Designed in a simple style that was very popular at the time, rendered square walls and clean lines, the home still looks stylish today.
