One of the projects I created for Fernihough Homes, from memory for a client who was a professional Perth footballer and who won the lottery. (Anyone remember who that was?).  Unfortunately it never went ahead so never built. The client loved it but other matters caused the project to be halted. Perhaps a trade to the eastern states?  Perhaps he spent too much too quickly.   From memory the house budget was around half a million which quite a decent budget at the time.

The image itself is done by a local architectural artist.  I've edited the feature colour.  Unfortunately I don't have the plans anymore but it was a large 5 bed 3 bath family home with study, games room etc.

Here's the original image created by a fabulous water colour artist of the time Chris Nicolaides  who did a lot of the images for building companies at the time.  His moniker "C Nick" is seen on the image and he often added interesting cryptic number plates to the cars.  I believe this one says RURT2.   C Nick is obviously a play on Scenic.
