Lofty Ideals in Wembley

A project sketched out by Steve Ridalj and modeled and rendered (image) by grandesign, this was a very steeply sloping site which allowed an undercroft garage to sneak under the loft house facing the street.  Access to the double garage and storage area under was from the side lane.

Because of privacy laws the rear courtyard (above the undercroft) would have to be 'fenced' to prevent overlooking the neighbours.

Units in Belmont

Known locally as 'Timber Top' these units were designed to suit a narrow lot for 6 units.  Double brick ground floor and framed upper and clad in cement sheet 'planks' they present an interesting streetscape for a budget price. The front and rear units have balconies to take advantage of the outlook.
