Lofty Home in St James

The clients brief included the desire for a loft with an outlook over the large backyard.  Building on a family plot that had belonged to the previous generation it was also designed to be a home for mum to have her own living area for privacy.  Being on top of a hill overlooking a park to the front, the loft takes advantage of it's outlook in all directions.
