This project took a vacant lot of sloping land in a peaceful country town and turned it into a small community. Pre-designed kit homes were given individual makeovers to remove the 'military repeating' feel and ensure that the eventual occupiers had a clear sense of their own uniqueness. The result was an attractive development that contributed to the local need for affordable housing without compromising on quality and aesthetics.
