A corner site along an intended major thoroughfare from a major highway to a local shopping precinct presented the opportunity to create an icon building for the area.  Shops or a cafe occupy the ground floor with office space above and to the corner location a couple of upmarket residential units overlook the whole area with vantage views.  Parking is hidden at the rear with access through the open ground floor. The owner wanted a modern building with a touch of old style flair.

Unit Development of 5 homes.

A modest 5 unit development for the Armadale area with rear courtyards overlooking an open park of  3 bed 2 bathroom homes suitable for the first home buyers or retirees looking for easy care homes with a big lawn to stretch on that some one else mows.

Each home is slightly different but they all have lock up garages and an alfresco overlooking a small easy to manage garden area
