A corner site along an intended major thoroughfare from a major highway to a local shopping precinct presented the opportunity to create an icon building for the area. Shops or a cafe occupy the ground floor with office space above and to the corner location a couple of upmarket residential units overlook the whole area with vantage views. Parking is hidden at the rear with access through the open ground floor. The owner wanted a modern building with a touch of old style flair.
