Federation Serenity

Created for a professional couple, the property was their back yard in a corner lot. Great time to downsize so they subdivided, and built their new home to face the other street. 

Once complete the old home was sold. 

The brief called for a comfortable easy living home with street look touched with elements of yesteryear and the federation era.
