Unit Developments

Many of the unit developments I design are not at the higher end of the budget scale and are designed as affordable housing rather than 'show' homes. So they are not shown on my main 'brag' page but they are a very important part of the work I am privileged to be involved with.

I've been involved in development projects for around 25+ years so there are many more than are shown here.

To share some of the examples of that work I put many here.

Infil housing. Lots of larger lots have room at the rear for a whole new home (or two).

Two new individual dwellings after the original old home was demolished. One home to become the new home of the owner and one home to be sold off or rented.  Both homes designed to take maximum advantage of a lovely northern aspect to the side and also to south west views over a valley.
